Rising nearly 1,583 feet above the high-desert plain of the Navajo Nation, this massive “winged rock” and jagged backbone is one of the most unique features I’ve ever seen. Add in some heavy morning thunderstorms rolling through at sunrise and it’s like you’re on another planet. Obviously I took some creative liberties here as the shot was taken with my drone and the lightning captured from the ground and blended. An amazing morning and experience.
